Terms and conditions
To avoid inconvenience, we invite you to read the "terms and conditions" before proceeding with any purchase.
Shipments are made by SDA or Bartolini express courier in a time of 24/48h (barring unforeseen circumstances).
Parcels leave the working day following the order placed.
-To avoid delays, misunderstandings and stocks, we ask you to enter a complete address in all its data (street, house number, ..) without leaving anything out. If it is not delivery to your home, indicate to whom or what (shop, office, etc.) to make the delivery.
Payment methods
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro etc…)
- Payment on delivery, available directly on the site
Exchange/Return
It is possible to make the exchange/return within 14 days of the arrival of the goods.
The shipment is the responsibility of the customer and includes a new shipment and the collection of the product to be exchanged.
Items may be substituted for any item of equal or greater value (adding the difference).
The items to be returned must not have been used or damaged, otherwise DemmyStore reserves the right not to accept the exchange.
In periods of sales or promotions it is not possible to make changes.
